Don’t Let Fear Stop Our Future.

Rowan Ranch will be the first major development Benbrook has seen in years. It will raise property values, bring economic prosperity, encourage future investment, and make Mary’s Creek safer for all the surrounding homes. Some community members have concerns, but together we can share the facts and ensure progress that benefits everyone.

What does Rowan Ranch do for Benbrook?

Benefits to the Economy

Big projects make jobs during and after the building process. It brings in more customers for local companies and more tax money that can be used to improve parks, public services, and infrastructure. This kind of judicious expansion keeps a community alive and well for a long time.

Increase in Property Value

Bringing in higher-value homes and businesses boosts property values throughout the community and makes it more appealing to families and investors in the long term. Benjamin Franklin stated, "Without constant growth and progress, words like improvement, achievement, and success have no meaning." Growth shows that mentality by constructing a future where every investment in Benbrook can grow.

Making the Community
Better

Planning ahead can shift homes out of old floodplains, which lowers the danger of flooding and protects families from expensive damage. Restoring the environment is important, but the most important thing is to keep homes and neighbors safe. Growth makes Benbrook stronger by adding additional amenities for both young families and retirees.

About

Setting the Record Straight About Mary's Creek

Ryan Reagan is running for City Council and has been a leader in a grassroots initiative called "Save Mary's Creek." Their campaign has brought up worries about a big project that is going to happen near the creek. We appreciate civic involvement, but the community needs to know everything that's going on.

Several agencies have looked at independent engineering studies that suggest the project will lower the danger of flooding. There are two sides to any community problem, but these results are based on professional, verifiable research. The plan has also been looked over and authorized by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The plans meet all local, state, and federal rules, and anyone can look at the data that backs them up.

A successful community needs healthy debate, but it works best when it's founded on true, confirmed facts. This project is a chance to make things safer, protect property, and get Benbrook ready for the future. We can make choices that will help all inhabitants for generations to come if we focus on facts and solutions.
